Massage in as often as needed to soothe, hydrate and protect.

Dry/sore hands: Massage your hands as you would a hand cream. For extra care, apply product generously and put on a pair of cotton gloves, leave on overnight.

Any excess can be removed with cotton. The product can cause stains on fabric on direct contact.

When breastfeeding: Gently massage a small amount of product onto the nipple after breastfeeding. The product is not harmful to the baby and does not change the taste of breast milk, but for hygienic reasons, it is recommended to wash the breast before and after breastfeeding.
