The skin on the face is exposed daily to sun, wind, dirt and other external stresses that affect our skin and many people also use makeup on the skin. It is therefore important to take care of the skin with a good skin care routine to keep the skin in good condition. Skin that is healthy and well-being is also maintained for longer. In addition to natural and organic cleansers, toners, serums, oils and face creams, you will also find products excellent for beard care, balms and creams for irritated skin and natural sunless tans tailored specifically for the face.

Find your skin type

Dry skin – Dry skin often feels tight and produces less sebum than normal skin and can sometimes feel slightly irritated. The skin can also look dull and lifeless. Choose products with a lot of moisture and feel free to add a facial oil to your skin care routine.

Normal skin – A normal skin is a well-balanced skin without any major problems. The skin feels soft and supple. Choose products that feel good on the skin and maintain the skin's balance. Feel free to add a product with vitamin C or Bakuchiol to keep the skin healthy in the future.

Mixed skin / combined skin – A mixed skin consists of different skin types and is usually oily/shiny in the T-zone and dry or normal on the cheeks. Choose products with moisture and avoid drying out the skin as the skin will instead produce more oil. Feel free to add a face peeling 1-2 times a week to remove dead skin cells and to avoid clogged pores.

Oily skin – Oily skin has increased sebum production and is usually perceived as shiny and with larger pores. An oily skin still needs moisture, but feel free to choose a lighter face cream and products with sebum-balancing ingredients such as licorice root or salicylic acid. A purifying face mask can also be good to add 1-2 times a week.

Skin care routine step by step

A skin care routine for the face should consist of a natural cleanser, such as a cleansing gel, cleansing cream or cleansing oil, to remove impurities and makeup in the evening. For a simpler cleaning routine, you can choose a micellar water instead. Then finish your cleansing routine with an organic toner, toner or face mist to hydrate and restore the skin's pH.

The next step consists of a serum, booster, essence or concentrate to give more effect to your skin care. Here you can choose to focus on certain areas or problems such as fine lines, dryness, redness or acne and blemishes. There are also products that work to reduce the appearance of pigmentation or have a luminous effect.

If necessary, an organic face oil can add an extra boost to the skin care routine. It feeds the skin with extra nutrition, preserves the skin's moisture balance and fits perfectly in cold climates as it does not contain water.

At the end of the skin care routine, you apply a face cream, it can be a day cream, a night cream or a lighter face lotion, which protects the skin and keeps the skin soft and supple.

1-2 times a week you can add a face peeling and a face mask to give the skin a little extra care and strengthen your other skin care
