About the role
This role is two-fold – and is suitable for those who are both good at sales and customer relations and who like to keep track of flows, inventory and systems.
🌿 As a customer service representative, you will be our public face. You will meet customers in store, apply makeup, inspire and give personal recommendations. You will also visit retailers, build relationships and represent our brands on site. You will take care of large and small customers, always with a smile.
🌿 As a warehouse coordinator, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that our products move smoothly through the business – from receipts to warehouse management and out to the store and customer. You have control over systems, structure and practical flows.
It is therefore a combination service that requires both customer focus and logistics understanding – perfect for those who are versatile, self-driven and like to alternate between being on the floor and behind the scenes.
We are looking for you as:
🌿Is unpretentious, loyal and flexible – you support where needed
🌿 Have experience or education as a stylist, makeup artist or similar
🌿 Passionate about providing personal service and creating customer relationships that last
🌿 Easily familiarize yourself with and work in various IT systems
🌿 Enjoy working in a structured manner with, for example, warehouses, deliveries and picking
🌿 Have a B driving license – you need to be able to visit stores and partners
🌿 Have good communication skills and can supervise apprentices and interns
🌿 Likes when every day looks a little different – and takes responsibility accordingly
